Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Loop. By using Loop, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Choose a username that does not impersonate another person or organization. We may reclaim usernames in cases of impersonation or abuse.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the ratings, reviews, posts, lists, and other content you create on Loop ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant Loop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate these terms or any law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, or obscene.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Spam, manipulate ratings, or create accounts in bulk.
• Upload material you do not have the right to share, or that infringes others' intellectual property.
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the service, its security, or other users' accounts.
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest data without our permission.

5. Profile pictures and uploads

When you set a profile picture, you confirm you have the right to use that image. Do not upload images that are illegal, infringing, or that depict others without their consent. We may remove any image that violates these terms.

6. Catalog and third-party content

Album and artist information, cover art, and trending data are provided for reference and are sourced from publicly available services. All trademarks, artwork, and music metadata remain the property of their respective owners. Loop does not host or stream audio.

7. Moderation and termination

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or legal exposure. You may stop using Loop and request account deletion at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Loop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that catalog information is accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loop and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms; when we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Loop after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
